NIC Asia Bank to auction unsold 2.98 lakh units right shares at Rs 100 & above from today; LTP at Rs 440

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) is auctioning its 2,98,536 units unclaimed right shares to the general public from today (Ashad 1, 2074).
The bank is selling 2,98,536 units of ordinary right shares after the right shares issued on Chaitra 16, 2073 were not fully subscribed by its shareholders. The bank had offered right shares in the ratio 100:15.
NIC Asia Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction.
The auction will last till Ashad 8, 2074. The bid will open to conclude the auction on Ashad 9, 2074 at 1:30 PM.
Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100.
Interested bidders must bid for a minimum of 100 units and they can apply for a maximum of 1,00,000 units of shares.
The bank has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till Ashad 8 at NIC Asia Capital Limited located at Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account number 5444451025524006 maintained in the name of NIC Asia Capital Limited at NIC Asia Bank. Bidders can also apply through a Good for Payment cheque made in the name of NIC Asia Capital Limited.
NIC Asia Bank has earned net profit of Rs 1.13 arba in the third quarter of the FY 2073/74. Its last traded price stood at Rs 440 as of yesterday (June 14, 2017).
