NIC Asia Bank to approve 20% bonus share; 20th AGM on Bhadra 30

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) will be conducting its 20^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Bhadra 30, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Karki Banquet Pvt. Ltd. Babarmahal, Kathmandu at 9.00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

1. To endorse 20% bonus shares  and 1.05 % cash dividend for tax purpose from the profit of FY 2073/74.
2. To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
3. To increase authorized, issued and paid up capital and BOD’s meeting allowances.
4. To contribute 1% of the net profit in the name of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
5. To conduct election for the selection of 6 BOD from promoter and public shareholders group.

Other agendas of the AGM are endorsement of financial statements of FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor. The register of their shareholders will remain closed from Bhadra 16 to Bhadra 30, 2074 for the purpose of this AGM. Only those shares traded one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. within Bhadra 15, 2074 are eligible for bonus share and for participation in the AGM. Its paid up capital stands at Rs 6.69 arba and after distribution of 20% bonus shares, it will reach Rs 8.03 arba. It has earned Rs 1.46 arba in the fourth quarter of the FY 2073/74.
