NIC ASIA Bank has revamped its video KYC service to enable its customers to update their KYC right from their homes/offices.

One needs to visit the bank’s website nicasiabank.com where they will find the online application tab and E-KYC option that will fetch them the OTP in their device following which they will need to fill in their personal details and complete their KYC process in a video call. One has to have his / her valid identity document at the time of the video call along with which other necessary information that should be presented to the bank’s representative during the call, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 359 branches, 473 ATM terminals, 103 extension counters and 81 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
