NIC Asia Bank proposes 10% bonus and 11% cash dividend for FY 2075/76; Dividend worth Rs 1.85 arba

NIC Asia Bank (NICA) has proposed 10% bonus shares and 11% cash dividend for its shareholders from the profit generated till FY 2075/76.
The 418th Board Meeting held on Bhadra 11, 2076 has proposed a total of 21.0526% dividend worth Rs 1.85 arba. Out of the total, 10% will be distributed in the form of bonus shares and the remaining 11.0526% will be distributed as cash dividend.
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra bank and the upcoming 22nd Anual General Meeting of the Bank.
After the adjustment of proposed bonus share, the total paid up capital of NICASIA will be Rs 971.76 crore.
In FY 2074/5, the company had distributed 10% bonus share.
