NIC ASIA Bank initiates customer care service from its MoBanking platform as well; commits to provide more convenient services to its valued customers

NIC ASIA Bank has begun customer care service in its mobile banking service with an aim to provide more client-centered services.

The bank in its MoBanking service has started providing Chatbot service, direct contact service with bank’s representative, complain ticket, video tutorial, email service, FAQ service, among others, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 352 branches, 471 ATM terminals, 75 extension counters, and 80 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
