NIC ASIA Bank fulfills its commitment of Rs 10 lakh worth insurance claim to family members of 3 account holders; providing security to nominees of its deceased customers

NIC ASIA Bank has handed over the accidental death claim of Rs 10 lakh each to family members of its deceased customers who had their different saving accounts with the bank.

Ms. Laxmi Dhakal, wife of Late Shiva Prasad Subedi from bank’s Tripureswor branch, Ms. Dillimaya Ghimire, wife of Late Mr. Tanka Prasad Ghimire from Gwarko branch in Kathmandu and Ms. Anita Chaudhari wife of Late Gyan Bahadur Chaudhari from Saphebagar branch received Rs 10 lakh each as per the bank’s earlier commitment for insurance coverage, as per the media statement.

The insurance amount was handed over by Deputy CEO of the bank Mr. Santosh Kumar Rathi and Sudurpaschim head of the bank Mr. Subash Joshi, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 359 branches, 473 ATM terminals, 102 extension counters and 81 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
