NIC ASIA Bank brings Sathi for its customers; any query about the bank just a chat away in Facebook Messenger group

Acting on its signature slogan “NIC ASIA, Bank pani sathi pani, ramro pani hamro pani”, the commercial bank has launched Facebook Messenger based chatbot service that is in operation from Poush 10, 2075. With this service coming online, customers can find “Sathi “ in facebook messenger group where they can get all their query answered in a real time through the bank’s new chat service.

The bank currently provides its services from 270 branches, 287 ATM outlets, 37 extension counters and 20 branchless banking units located throughout the nation.
