NIC Asia becomes the most traded shares for the day; See where the stock market stands at the end of the day

The stock market has lost 7.08 points today closing at 1,277.01 points. The market had opened at 1,284.09 points and has fluctuated during the day. But at the end of the day NEPSE closed losing 7.08 points.
The total turnover for the day was a low turnover of 31.32 crore where more than 7.70 lakh shares were traded during the day.
The shares of Everest Bank Limited (EBL) stood ahead in terms of turnover as more than Rs 1.52 crore worth of its shares were traded during the day. Similarly, the scrips of NIC Asia Bank (NICA) were the most traded shares as 44,678 units shares were traded.
Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) was the top gainer for the day, as it gained 12 points and its LTP was Rs 183. Likewise, Kabeli Bikas Bank Limited (KBBL) was the top loser for the day losing 15 points and its LTP stood at Rs 285.
Both the sensitive and float index decreased today by 1.59 points and 0.44 points respectively.
Among the sub-indices, only Manufacturing & Production was in the green zone. It gained 20.94 points during the trading hours. All other sub-indices lost points and landed in the red zone. Hotels lost 35.69 points and was followed by Microfinance losing 19.3 points.
