NEPSE up by double digit of 10.51 points; NBL up by 9.71%

NEPSE index gained in double digits of 10.51 points or 1.11 percent on the last trading day of this week to close at 961.23 level.

Shares Price of 4 companies (NBL, KEBL, GABL and KCDBL) surged more than 9 percent today.

GBIME and PROFL gained 8.86 and 7.41 percent to close at Rs 479 and Rs 145.

Promoter shares of Siddhartha Bank were traded maximum today amounting Rs 32 million.

GLICL, PROFL and NBL were among the maximum traded shares of the day.

However Himalayan general insurance and Raptibheri bikas bank dropped by more than 9 percent to close at Rs 381 and Rs 251.

The total turnover of the day stood at Rs 247.68 million where 618,010 unit shares of 143 companies were traded.

Shares of Commercial Banks, Insurance Banks and Development Banks were maximum traded.

Trading, Hotels and Manufacturing index landed in red today.
