NEPSE up by 6.34 points on last trading day of week; turnover above Rs 66 crore

NEPSE index gained 6.34 points or 0.61 percent to close at 1040.36 level.

Similarly Sensitive and Float also gained 1.22 and 0.51 points to close at 222.78 and 74.50 level respectively.

Total turnover of the day stood at Rs 66.49 crore where more than 10 lakh unit shares of 142 companies were traded through 4756 transactions.

Promoter shares of National Life insurance and Nepal Investment Bank were traded maximum today amounting Rs 5.12 crore and 4.62 crore respectively.

Maximum trading of commercial banks like PCBL, NBB, GBIME, SANIMA, BOK and KBL were traded maximum today.

Share Price of SKBBL, NUBL, UFL, MBBL, SFFIL and KMCDB went up by more than 4 percent.

Banking, Development, HydroPower, Insurance and Others sub-indices landed in green today.


However Hotels and Finance plunged meager points.

SIL, CSDBL, SFL, MLBBL, NIL and KDBL were among the top losers of the day.
