NEPSE Unveils 7 Companies Set to Launch New Shares via Book Building
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published the updated list of companies that have signed agreements to issue shares through the book building method.
According to the notice, NEPSE has partnered with several companies to manage the bidding process for shares specifically reserved for qualified institutional investors. This process is being conducted in line with the "Book Building Guidelines, 2020."
The list includes seven companies from various sectors, such as healthcare, manufacturing, and agriculture. The companies, along with their agreement dates and the number of shares set aside for institutional buyers, are as follows:
- Yeti Brewery Limited (Agreed on Oct 22, 2024): Offering 860,800 shares.
- Norvic International Hospital and Medical College Limited (Agreed on April 04, 2026): Offering 8,16,480 shares.
- Jagdamba Spinning Mills Limited (Agreed on April 04, 2026): Offering 1,800,000 shares.
- Time Pharmaceuticals Limited (Agreed on April 06, 2026): Offering 4,34,600 shares.
- Laxmi Steels Limited (Agreed on April 16, 2026): Offering 1,800,000 shares.
- Purbanchal Lube Oil Limited (Agreed on April 16, 2026): Offering 600,000 shares.
- Nepal Tea Development Corporation Limited (Agreed on April 21, 2026): Offering 2,40,000 shares.
This update serves to inform all stakeholders about the current status of these upcoming share offerings and the specific companies moving forward with the formal bidding process.
