NEPSE Suspends Sipla Securities (Broker No. 20) for Three Working Days

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has suspended Sipla Securities Pvt. Ltd., Broker No. 20, from carrying out securities transactions for a period of three working days, effective from 23rd Ashadh, 2082.
This action was taken following a recommendation by CDS and Clearing Limited. As per their letter dated 19th Ashadh, 2082, Sipla Securities failed to complete clearing and settlement obligations within the stipulated timeframe. Consequently, NEPSE enforced the suspension under Sub-Regulation 1 of Regulation 22 of the Securities Transaction Operating Regulations, 2075.
NEPSE has officially notified that Sipla Securities will not be permitted to execute any trading activities during the suspension period.
