Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has started fully automated online trading system with Bank Integration. The online trading system which came into operation from Kartik 20 has been accompanied with Bank integration from today.

With the implementation of the integration, clearance can be made directly through bank. Currently four banks have been enrolled in the integration program. The investors having bank accounts in Global IME Bank, Siddhartha Bank, Prabhu Bank and Nepal Investment Bank will be able to utilize the new feature of the online trading system.

For the past few weeks, the brokers had been providing username and password to only 15-20 investors but after the implementation of bank integration there will not be any problem in providing the username and password.

Till date, more than 600 investors have already received username and password to indulge in the online trading. However, only 20-25 investors have been trading through online. But it has been speculated that with the introduction of bank integration, the number of investors using the online trading will see a huge rise.
