NEPSE Stands at 1,930.99 Level After Massive Gain of 56.11 Points; Intraday Turnover Increased to Rs. 1.290 Arba

The NEPSE index closed at 1,930.99 today after gaining 56.11 points from last trading day's closing. This is a gain of 2.99%. The index had gained 16.39 points yesterday.
The index opened at 1,876.55 and made intraday low at 1,871.77. It made intraday high at 1,931.54 and ultimately closed at 1,930.99.
231 scrips traded hands via 27,932 transactions. A total of 3,971,594 shares exchanged hands amounting to only Rs. 1.290 Arba in the turnover amount. This is alot higher than last trading day's turnover of Rs. 69.73 Crores.
NIC Asia Bank Ltd. (NICA) had the highest turnover of Rs. 6.65 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 695 per share. The shares of Hydorelectricity Investment and Development Company Ltd (HIDCL) traded the most.
Nyadi Hydropower Limited (NYADI) gained the highest 10% and hit positive circuit for the day.
On the other side of things, 9.5% NCC Debenture 2086 (NCCD86) lost 3.91% today.
All sector indices closed green, "Finance" gained the highest 5.4% while "Mutual Fund" gained the least 0.53%.
