NEPSE roars 37.74 points upward to close at 1,430.41; Total Turnover 1.55 Arba

The market today closed at 1,430.41 levels, an impressive 37.74 points, or 2.71% incline.

Interestingly, the intraday low was the market open itself and NEPSE closed at its intraday high.

A total of 4,252,808 shares exchanged hands amounting to a massive Rs. 1,555,518,923 in the turnover amount. 189 scrips were traded via 34,623 transactions.

Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) has the highest turnover of Rs. 6.92 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 589 per share. Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has the second-highest turnover of Rs. 5.75 crores. Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) also had the highest number of shares traded for the day among all companies.

Float is up by 2.79 points and is currently at 100.34. On the other hand, the Sensitive Index is currently at 298.64 after gaining 7.63 points from the previous close.

Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDLBSL) and Ajod Insurance Limited (AIL) hit a positive circuit today closing at Rs. 479 and Rs. 513 LTP respectively.

On the other hand, Dibyashwari Hydropower Company Limited (DHPL) lost the most 5.7%.

All sectors gained today except for Mutual Fund that lost 0.29%. Non-life insurance sector gained the most 4.42%.
