1,45,935.79 unit promoter shares of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBSL) have been converted into public shares.
As of now, the company has 1,708,050 units listed in NEPSE, while the promoter to public shareholding ratio stands at 61.11:38.89. The promoter shareholding group holds 1,043,789 units, and the public shareholding group holds 6,64,260.645 units.
SLBSL closed at Rs. 1,460.96.
