NEPSE plunges meager 0.48 points; IDBL among the top traded shares

NEPSE index dropped by meager 0.48 points or 0.05 percent to close at 1029.92 level where Sensitive and Float indices plunged 0.28 and 0.15 points respectively.

The local bourse moved along the corridor of 2 points throughout the day with frequents ups and downs.

Maximum trading as per turnover was done of EBL, NLICL, IDBL, CZBIL, NABIL, MBL and SANIMA.

Share price of CFCL, ARDBL, IDBL, SHINE and MFIL gained maximum today whereas NLICP, NIL, TDBL, GMFIL and LGIL were among the top losers of the day.

Among the sub-indices, Development banks, Finance, Insurance and Others gained 1.53, 1.39, 36.66 and 2.35 points respectively.

However Banking, Hotels and HydroPower plunged by 3.25, 3.23 and 9.45 points respectively.

Total turnover crossed Rs 45 crore where more than 9 lakh shares of 144 companies were traded worth Rs 45.27 crore.
