NEPSE Manages To Close Green by Gaining 0.38% to Settle at 1,938.30 Levels; Intraday Turnover Limited To Rs. 1.467 Arba

The NEPSE index closed at 1,938.30 today after gaining 7.32 points from last trading day's closing. This is a gain of 0.38%. The index had gained 56.11 points yesterday.

The index opened at 1,933.24 and made intraday low at 1,916.32. It made intraday high at 1,956.61 and ultimately closed at 1,938.30.

227 scrips traded hands via 29,047 transactions. A total of 4,346,708 shares exchanged hands amounting to only Rs. 1.467 Arba in the turnover amount. This is higher than last trading day's turnover of Rs. 1.290 Arba.

SHIVAM CEMENTS LTD (SHIVM) had the highest turnover of Rs. 7.85 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 685 per share. The shares of Api Power Company Ltd. (API) traded the most.

Corporate Development Bank Limited (CORBL) gained the highest 8.74% for the day.

On the other side of things, Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SABSL) lost 3.96% today.

Only three sector indices closed red, "Trading" lost the highest 1.23% while "Others" gained the highest 1.44%.
