NEPSE Loses Further 27.54 Points To Close at 1,855.06; Two Scrips Lose All They Could For The Day

The NEPSE index closed at 1,855.06 today after losing 27.54 points from the last trading day's closing. This is a loss of 1.46%. The index lost 14.48 points yesterday.
The index opened at 1,883.65 which is also an intraday high. It then made an intraday low at 1,850.96 and ultimately closed at 1,855.06.
250 scrips traded hands via 26,661 transactions. A total of 3,778,951 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 1.157 Arba in turnover amount. This is lower than the last trading day's turnover of Rs. 1.192 Arba.

Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) shares traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 6.25 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 306 per share.

Eastern Hydropower Limited (EHPL) gained the highest 9.99% and technically hit a positive circuit for the day.

On the other side of things, Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited (RURU) and Peoples Hydropower Company Limited (PHCL) lost all 10% each today.

All sector indices closed red, "Finance" lost the highest by 2.88% while "Trading" lost the least by 0.26%.
