NEPSE loses 6.32 points; Settles at 1,384.71 points with total turnover of Rs 24.43 crore

The benchmark index at NEPSE has seen a fall in its first trading day of the week. NEPSE has decreased by 6.32 points or 0.45% and ended at 1,384.71 points.
The day had started at 1,391.03 points and it ended at 1,384.71 points. Also, the NEPSE website had faced some problems due to which the trading could not be viewed. But the trading was being continued and the trading details were available through floorsheet and market depth.
The total turnover of the day was Rs 24.43 crore where more than 6.7 lakh unit of shares were traded through 3,149 transactions.
Om Development Bank Limited Promoter Share (ODBLPO) stood ahead in terms of total turnover for the day with Rs 1.75 crore worth of transaction. Likewise, Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited Promoter Share (KSBBLP) was ahead in terms of no. of shares traded as 95,000 unit shares were traded during the whole day.
Kalika Microcredit Development Bank (KMCDB) was the top gainer of the day, as its value increased by 6.95%and its LTP was Rs 1,663. On the other hand, RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) was the top loser of the day losing 9.96% and its LTP was Rs 885.
Both the Sensitive and Float index decreased by 1.19 points and 0.46 points respectively.
The indices of all trading group showed downward movement and landed in red today except Trading as it neither gained nor lost any points. Insurance lost 40.22 points which was followed by Hydropower losing 22.45 points.
