NEPSE lists more than 50 lakh unit shares of 3 companies; Bonus shares of Surya Life and Pokhara Finance & right shares of Prabhu Insurance gets listed

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed more than 18 lakh unit bonus shares of Surya Life Insurance and Pokhara Finance Company and 31.66 lakh unit right share of Prabhu Insurance Company. The shareholders holding the shares of the respective companies can trade the shares in the secondary market.
6,22,933.49 unit bonus shares of Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) has been listed by NEPSE. The finance company had distributed 8.26% bonus share for the FY 2073/74.
Similarly, Surya Life Insurance Company Limited’s (SLICL) 12,12,750 unit bonus shares has also been listed in the secondary market. The life insurance company had distributed 12% bonus shares for its shareholders for the FY 2073/74.
Likewise, 31,66,677.63 unit right shares of Prabhu Insurance Company (PRIN) has also been listed in the secondary market. The insurance company had issued 46% right shares for its shareholders.
