NEPSE lists bonus shares of Nepal Investment Bank Limited and right shares of Synergy Finance Limited

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has issued circular regarding the listing of bonus shares of Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIB) and right share of Synergy Finance Limited (now Best Finance Limited).

19,443,082 Units Bonus Shares of Nepal Investment Bank Limited has been listed by NEPSE. The commercial bank had issued 18% bonus shares and 22% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 74/75.

Similarly, 380,938 Units Rights Shares of Synergy Finance Limited (now Best Finance Company Limited) has been listed by NEPSE.

A total of 19,824,020 units have been made tradeable on the secondary market.
