NEPSE lists 51.63 lakh unit shares of Century Commercial Bank

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 51.63 lakh unit shares of Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL). Now, the shareholders of these companies can sell their shares after receiving in Demat account.
Listing of shares of CCBL
51,63,942.50 units share of CCBL after acquisition of Alpine Development Bank Limited (ALDBL) and Seti Finance Limited (SETI) has been listed for trading. CCBL acquired ALDBL and SETI in the share swap ratio of 100:93 and 100:70 respectively.
