NEPSE lists 33.10 lakh units bonus & right shares of Janata Bank & Kasthamandap Dev. Bank

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 33.10 lakh units bonus right shares of Janata Bank Limited (JNBL) and Kasthamandap Development Bank Limited (KDBL) today. Now, shareholders holding these right and bonus shares can sell them after they are deposited in their demat accounts. Listing of Rights Shares of Janata Bank Ltd 21726 units rights share of Janata Bank Nepal Ltd.has been listed for trading. The bank has listed 50% right share which was endorsed by its 6th AGM. Listing of Bonus and Rights Shares of Kasthamandap Development Bank Ltd 1588918.54 units bonus share and 1699741.70 units rights share of kasthamandap Development Bank Ltd.has been listed for trading. The development bank has listed 23.37% bonus share which was endorsed by its 9th AGM and 25% right share.
