NEPSE lists 27.98 lakh units of Nepal Investment Bank after it acquired Jebils Finance

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 27,98,419 Units new Share of Nepal Investment Bank Limited. The new shares are the converted shares of Jebils Finance as they have started joint operation after successful acquisition.

Nepal Investment Bank, now has total paid-up capital of NPR 12.89 billion, highest amongst the private sector commercial banks. Similarly, the total deposit has reached NPR 147 billion and total loans NPR 132 billion.

Earlier, Nepal Investment Bank has acquired Jebils Finance Limited at 100 : 33 swap ratio. The total paid up capital of Jebils Finance was Rs 84.80 crore.
