NEPSE lists 2.85 crore unit shares of Mega Bank & Mero Microfinance

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 2.79 crore unit right shares of Mega Bank Limited (MEGA) and 6.60 lakh unit bonus shares of Mero Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MERO). Now, the shareholders of these companies can sell their shares after receiving in Demat account. Listing of right shares of MEGA 2,79,44,295 units rights share of MEGA has been listed for trading. This include 65% right shares that the bank issued to its shareholders from Bhadra 27 to Kartik 15, 2074. Listing of bonus shares of MERO 6,60,000 units Bonus share of MERO has been listed for trading. This include 30% bonus shares which the bank distributed from the net profit of FY 2073/74.
