NEPSE lists 1.56 crore units bonus shares of 4 companies and 2.07 crore right shares of Civil Bank; bonus shares of Nepal Life and 3 other companies

Nepal Stock Exchange has listed 1.56 crore unit bonus shares of 4 different companies. The shareholders holding the shares can now start trading in the secondary market.
12,57,655.8594 unit bonus shares of Sana Kisan Laghubitta (SKBBL) has been listed for trading. The company had distributed 25% bonus from net profit of FY 2073/74.
NEPSE has also listed 1,30,05,000.23 unit bonus shares of Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC) has also been listed for trading. The company had given 42% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2073/74.
NLG Insurance Company (NLG) also got its 12,80,812 unit bonus shares listed in the stock exchange. The company had given 25% bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2073/74.
Similarly, 1,21,500 unit bonus shares of Everest Insurance (EIC) has been listed by NEPSE. The bank had issued 10% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2073/74.
Likewise, NEPSE has also listed 2,07,40,886.75 unit right shares of Civil Bank (CBL). The bank had issued 40% right shares from Mangsir 22 to Poush 27, 2074.
