NEPSE lists 15% bonus shares of Sunrise Bank; shareholders can begin trading their shares

Nepal Stock Exchange has listed 15% bonus shares that amount to 1,06,33,768.50 unit shares which was endorsed by the 10th AGM of the bank. NEPSE has decided to list the endorsed bonus shares on Chaitra 28, 2074. The shareholders should now be able to begin trading their bonus shares once they receive them in their respective demat accounts.
After capitalization of the bonus shares, Sunrise Bank now has a paid up value of more than Rs 8.15 arba thereby meeting the requirement of Nepal Rastra Bank.
