NEPSE lists 1.04 crore unit bonus shares of MEGA & NCDB; 10% right shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank also gets listed

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) lists 1.04 crore unit bonus shares of Mega Bank and Nepal Community Development Bank along with 16.46 lakh unit right shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank. The shareholders holding the respective shares can trade the shares in the secondary market.
99,86,951.53 units bonus shares of Mega Bank Limited (MEGA) has been listed by Nepal Stock Exchange. The bank had issued 10.7539% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2073/74.
Similarly, 4,17,461.20 units bonus shares of Nepal Community Development Bank Limited (NCDB) has also been listed in the secondary market. The development bank had issued 8.61% bonus shares for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2073/74.
NEPSE has also listed 16,46,442 units right shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL). The development bank had issued 10% right shares for its shareholders.
