Nepse Index went up by 11.99 points to close at 1,798.83 points; except hydropower, all sector lands on green

On the last trading day of the week, the benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went down by 11.99 points or 0.67% to close at 1,798.83 points.
Nepse Index opened at 1786.86 points and went down to 1779.92 points during the first trading hour of the day.
The market has remained positive during the most part of the day along with a competitive trading. Almost all of the sectors have remained in the green today as well, which shows continued confidence towards the performance of the market. Specially the market has shown quite some boost at the closing period of the day. Mostly we can see stability in the market and a rare presence of negative pressure for at least the time being. Though the trading is slightly lesser from the earlier days it can still be considered a good trading day. Overall, it has been a stable and balanced day for the market.
The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 1.48 arba, where more than 31 lakhs unit shares were traded through 7,532 transactions.
Sensitive index and float index went up by 2.17 and 0.92 points respectively.
Except Hydropower, all the sectors at Nepse landed on green.
