Nepse Index up by 2.91 points to close at 1499.32 points supported by a turnover of Rs.1.08 arba

On the last trading day of the week, the benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went up by 2.91 points or 0.19% to close at 1499.32points. Today NEPSE index opened at 1496.45 points and reached up to 1507.77 points during the first trading hour of the day. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 1.08 where more than 19 lakhs unit shares were traded through 5,345 transactions. Sensitive index and float index went up by 0.66 and 0.31 points respectively. Top stocks by turnover list consists of seven commercial banks and three insurance companies. Except Manufacturing & Production and Others sector, all the sectors at Nepse landed in green.
