Nepse Index slides by meager 0.65 points on last trading day; Turnover above Rs 1.48 arba

On the last trading day of the week, the benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) dropped by 0.65 points or 0.04% to close at 1587.64 points.
Nepse Index opened at 1588.29 points today and the local bourse was seen in sideways movement. Equal force from buyers and sellers was seen resulting an end almost at the same point where it opened today.
399,541 units shares of Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) and 151,987 unit shares of Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) were traded most today.
Srijana Finance Limited (SFFIL) hit positive circuit break today.
The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 1.48 crore where more than 27.23 lakh units shares were traded through 11,149 transactions.
Sensitive index went down by 0.06 and float index slightly increased by 0.03 points respectively.
Except Hotels, Finance, Insurance and Others, all the sub-indices landed in red zone today. Insurance sub-group witnessed the growth of 69.93 points.
