Nepse Index rises by 17.61 points to close at 1735.06 point; Turnover above Rs 1 arba

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) went up by 17.61 points or 1.03% to close at 1735.06 points. Nepse Index opened at 1717.67 points and was in upward trend. 283,232 unit shares of Laxmi Value Fund-1 (LVFSF-1), 164,746 unit shares of NIBL Sambriddhi Fund-1 (NIBSF-1) and 67,963 unit shares of Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) were traded more shares today. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 1 arba, where more than 16.97 lakhs unit shares were traded through 6,073 transactions. Sensitive index and float index went up by 3.67 and 1.25 points respectively. Except Finance and Manufacturing & Production, All sectors at Nepse landed on green. Insurance sector rises by 103.22 points.
