Nepse Index down by 18.94 points to close at 1826.47 points; Almost all sectors lands on red

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went down by 18.94 points or 1.03% to close at  1826.47 points. Nepse Index opened at  1846.91 points and was seen fluctuating. The sentiments of investors seems negative as CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal files his candidacy for the post of Prime Minister. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 1.42 arba, where more than 32 lakhs unit shares were traded through 6,866 transactions. Sensitive index and float index went down by 4.07 and 1.55 points respectively. Except Manufacturing & Production, all the other sectors at Nepse landed on red.
