Nepse Index down by 0.03 points to close at 1263.72 points; Hydropower sector up by 43.53 points

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went down by 0.03 points to close at 1263.72 points. Today nepse index opened at 1263.97 points and went up to 1268.88 points during the first trading hour of the day. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 53.88 crore where more than 8 lakhs unit shares were 3,069 traded through transactions. Sensitive index and the float index went up by 0.1 points and 0.04 points respectively. Except Development Banks and Insurance, all the sectors at Nepse landed in green.
