Nepse Index creates a new high of 39.66 points to close at 1,838.49 points supported by all time high turnover of Rs 2.24 arba

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went up  by 39.66 points or 2.20% to close at 1,838.49 points. Nepse Index opened at  1799.18 points and was seen in upward trend. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 2.24 arba, where more than 47 lakhs unit shares were traded through 10,142 transactions. New broker commission implemented from today had lead to such high turnover. Sensitive index and float index went up by  8.38  and 3.56  points respectively. Except Hydropower, all the sectors at Nepse landed on green.
