Nepse Index closes positively with gain of 0.74 points; Turnover declined to Rs 30.70 crore

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE)’s benchmark index has slightly inches up by 0.74 points or 0.05 percent to close at 1502.63 points.
Today, NEPSE index opened at 1501.90 points and the local bourse was seen downward trend until the second trading hour after that market eventually rises upward up to 1507.72 points and again selling pressure drags market down but ended in positive.
The total turnover of the day stood at 30.70 crores in which more than 6.74 lakh units shares were traded with 3,551 transactions.
Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) was the top stocks by turnover and the most traded shares today as well.
The top gainer for today’s trading day was Janaki Finance Limited (JFL). On the other hand, the top loser for the day was Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL).
Expect Development Banks, Finance, and Others sub-indices, all other sub-indices landed on the red. Manufacturing &Production has slumped by 11.64 points.
Sensitive and float index slightly went up by 0.22 and 0.1 points respectively.
