NEPSE Bounced back 95.52 Points and Closes at 2,420.96; Ten Scrips Gain 10% with Turnover of Rs 2.53 Arba

The NEPSE index has bounced back from the support zone with a surge in market participation. The NEPSE index closed at 2,420.96 after gaining a massive 95.46 from the last trading day's closing. This is a gain of 4.11%. The index had gained 4.94 points last Thursday.
The index opened at 2,331.52 and did not trade anywhere lower than that. While it went as high as 2430.07, it ultimately closed at 2,420.96.
238 scrips traded hands via 43,450 transactions. Furthermore, a total of 6,639,504 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 2.531 Arba in the turnover amount. This is higher than last Thursday's turnover of Rs. 1.629 Arba.
Sanima Bank Ltd. Promoter Share (SBBLPO) traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 22 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 185 per share.
A total of 10 scrips have hit the positive circuit breaker by gaining 10%, which is the highest permissible intraday gain for a stock.
On the other side of things, 8.5% Nepal Investment Bank Debenture 2084 (NIBD84) lost the highest 9.89% today.
All the sectors closed green, with "Finance" gaining the highest 8.6% and "Trading" gaining the least 1.05%. The impact of the election can be seen in the stock market of Nepal.
