NEPSE gains 4.6 points, CHCL and CBL among the top traded shares

NEPSE index gained 4.6 points or 0.49 percent to close at 941.36 level.
Maximum trading were done of CHCL and EBL shares amounting turnover of each more than Rs 18 million.
Promoter shares of Nepal Investment bank and Bank of Kathmandu were traded of more than Rs 10 million each.
The total turnover of the day stood at Rs 268.90 million where 765,449 unit shares of 134 companies were traded.
Share Price of EIC, SUBBL and NCCB surged more than 5 percent.
Among the sub-indices, Hotels and Manufacturing index gained maximum points whereas Finance index landed in green.
Banking, Development and Finance gained similar points of 4.21, 4.2 and 6.2 respectively.
Commercial banks shares were traded more than Rs 102.92 million. Shares of Development Banks, Insurance Companies and Hydro Power Companies were traded amounting Rs 42.8 million, Rs 30.45 million and Rs 25.69 million respectively.
