NEPSE extends trading hour from 11:00 AM till 3:00 PM from Sunday; respite to investors

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has extended its trading hour from 11:00 AM till 3:00 PM. Prior to this the trading hour of NEPSE was 3 hours a day i.e. from 12 noon to 3:00 PM. Investors had demanded to increase the trading hour in NEPSE lately. Views from investors were also collected regarding the issue. Issuing a press statement, it stated that the increased trading hour will ease investors for trading related activities. The increment in trading hour is supposed to increase the transaction amount and also lead to increment in the liquidity and maturity in the market. Please click here to see the press release
