NEPSE demands clarification from Nagbeli Laghubitta for changing the proposed amount of dividend

NEPSE has published a notice asking Nagbeli Laghubitta (NBBL) clarification regarding change in the amount of proposed bonus shares and cash dividend.

Nagbeli Laghubitta had earlier announced 16.11% bonus shares and 0.84% cash dividend which was later changed to 9.38% bonus share and 0.49% cash dividend. NEPSE has asked the microfinance company to present clarification regarding the same within 24 hours of publication of the notice. NEPSE has also demanded presentation of true and clear reason from the concerned authorities regarding the same. Strict action will be taken against the company if it fails to do so.
