NEPSE Bounced Back with 39.93 Points to Close at 1,924.74; All Sector Indices Closed Green

The NEPSE index closed at 1,924.74 today after gaining 39.93 points from last trading day's closing. This is a gain of 2.12%. The index had lost 49.31 points yesterday.
The index opened at 1,884.25 and went intraday low at 1,877.80. It then made an intraday high at 1,931.91 and ultimately closed at 1,924.74.
231 scrips traded hands via 25,364 transactions. Furthermore, a total of 3,765,516 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 1.253 Arba in the turnover amount. This is lower than yesterday’s turnover of Rs. 1.750 Arba.
Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) had the highest turnover of Rs. 11.72 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 880. The shares of NMB 50 (NMB50) traded the most.
Adhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AKBSL) and CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CYCL) gained the highest 9.99% each and technically hit a positive circuit for the day.
On the other side of things, NABIL BALANCED FUND-2 (NBF2) lost 2.93% today.
All sector indices closed green, and “Development Bank" gained the highest 3.89 % while "Banking" gained the least 1.19%.
