Nepal Warehousing Company Set to Conclude Lock-in Period for 68,750 Units Mutual Fund Shares On 19th Jestha

Nepal Warehousing Company Limited (NWCL) has notified its investors and stakeholders regarding the impending conclusion of the lock-in period for 68,750 unit shares held by Mutual Funds. Following the latest directives from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), this lock-in period is set to expire on the 19th of Jestha, 2081.

NWCL, boasting a total of 6,875,000 units of shares listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), allocated 5 percent of 13,75,000 shares exclusively for Mutual Funds. Consequently, 68,750 unit shares were issued and are presently under the lock-in period.

As per SEBON's directives, these 68,750 units were subjected to a lock-in period, which is slated to conclude on 19th Jestha, 2081, as communicated to investors and stakeholders.

NWCL closed at Rs. 735.00 yesterday.
