Nepal Stock Exchange lists 4.71 crore unit bonus share of four companies including Standard Chartered & Everest Insurance

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 4,71,92,893.33 unit bonus shares of Standard Chartered Bank Limited, Machhapuchhre Bank Limited, Everest Insurance Company Limited and NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited. Now the shareholders can start the transaction of the listed shares in the stock market. 4,00,57,153.33 Units Bonus Shares of Standard Chartered Bank Limited (SCB) has been listed by NEPSE for trading. The company had given 100% bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2073/74. Similarly, 66,51,490 Units Bonus Shares of Machhapuchhre Bank Limited (MBL) has also been listed by NEPSE for trading. The bank had announced 9% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2073/74. NEPSE has also listed 2,02,500 Units Bonus Shares of Everest Insurance Company Limited (EIC). The development bank had distributed 20% bonus share from the profit of FY 2072/73. Likewise, 2,81,750 Units Bonus Shares of NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF) has been listed for trading. The microfinance had distributed 25% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2073/74.
