Nepal SBI Bank to Launch Nepal SBI Debenture-2090

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) is set to issue a 3 Arba rupee debenture named "Nepal SBI Debenture-2090".

Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the sales manager, with an agreement reached between the two parties at the bank's head office.

Signatories include Mr. Rajesh Kumar Panda, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Nepal SBI Bank Limited, and Mr. Manish Narayan Joshi, Chief Executive Officer of Nabil Investment Banking Limited.

The issuance is pending approval from regulatory bodies such as the Securities Board of Nepal and the Company Registrar's Office.

The bank operates through 97 branches, 22 extension counters, 7 regional offices, 1 corporate office, and 121 ATMs.
