Nepal SBI Bank Rs. 3 Arba '5 years 10.25% Debenture' Issue Approved by SEBON

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) 10.25%, 5 years, Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083 has been approved by the Securities Board of Nepal. The regulatory board gave the nod of approval on Ashad 09, 2079.

The 10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083 has 30 lakh units, each having a par value of Rs. 1,000. From the total issue, 12 lakh units will be issued to the general public while 18 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement.

Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed the issue manager.

As the name suggests, the 10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083 has a maturity period of 5 years and will mature in the year 2083 BS. The debenture will yield a 10.25% annual return to unitholders.
