Nepal Reinsurance Company’s Promoter Shares Put on Sealed-Bid Auction

Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) has announced the auction of 2,171,935 promoter shares owned by its founding group through a sealed-bid process. The minimum bid price is set at Rs. 400 per share, with a minimum application of 100,000 shares.

Eligible individuals, firms, companies, and institutions can participate by submitting bids with required documents to Nabil Investment Banking, Naxal, Kathmandu within the deadline. Non-compliant bids will be automatically invalid, and all rights regarding the auction are reserved with the sale manager in accordance with the law.
