Nepal Rastra Bank to auction Grameen Bikas Laghubitta's 2.99 lakh unit shares; Minimum bid price at Rs 125

Nepal Rastra Bank has published a notice today regarding the auction of promoter share of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited(GBLBS) that it owned. The auction is open from Bhadra 31, 2076 till Kartik 04, 2076.

NRB has 2,99,982 units shares of GBLBS, which it is going to divest through auction. The minimum price to bid for the shares is Rs 125. Only the existing shareholders can participate in the auction.

The promoters of GBLBS should register their bid application till Kartik 4, 2076 by 4 PM. The applicant can apply for the entire units of auction. The applicants need to include the voucher inside the sealed envelope with the bid application. According to the notice, the applicant can deposit 5 to 10 percent of the total amount in NRB's banking office located at Baluwatar under the account number 1109901/011-006-524. After the allotment, the remaining amount must be deposited within 7 days.
