Nepal Rastra Bank approves 25% cash dividend of Womi Microfinance

Nepal Rastra Bank has approved the decision of Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI) to distribute 25% cash dividend.
WOMI had announced 25% cash dividend for its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the microfinance company had announced cash dividend worth Rs 2,52,72,000 for its shareholders.
The cash dividend will be distributed after approval from the upcoming AGM.
Womi Microfinance reported net profit of Rs 3.95 in the fourth quarter of the FY 2074/75.
