Nepal Oil Corporation has recently implemented an increase in the prices of petroleum products. As per the new rates, petrol has surged by Rs 9, while diesel and kerosene have gone up by Rs 7. However, there is a silver lining for consumers, as the price of LP gas has been reduced by Rs. 130 per cylinder.

The price hike comes in response to an increase in prices from India, as reported by the Oil Corporation. Consequently, the current price of petrol stands at Rs 170.50 per liter for the first class, Rs 172 for the second class, and Rs 173 for the third class.

Likewise, the price of diesel and kerosene remains at Rs 150.50 for the first category, Rs 152 for the second category, and Rs 153 for the third category. Meanwhile, the cost of LP gas has now dropped to Rs 1,660.

Consumers are advised to take note of these revised rates and plan their purchases accordingly in light of the recent price adjustments.
